At Spring Way Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Eligibility
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene regulations.
Do You Accept Exchanges?
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@springwaynutrition.com. We will arrange a prompt replacement at no extra cost.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@springwaynutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
